Leicht zugänglicher Wein, fruchtig und harmonisch, ein klassischer Orvieto!
Beschreibung:
Von strohgelber Farbe. Der Wein ist sehr fruchtig, mit einer trocken-ausgewogenen Struktur am Gaumen und einem zarten Abgang.
Herstellung:
Der Wein wird in Umbrien in Mittelitalien angebaut. Die Lagen befinden sich zwischen 100 und 500 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben schonend gepresst, die Fermentation erfolgt unter kontrollierten Temperaturen von 15-18°C in Edelstahltanks. Dieser Wein wird jung auf Flaschen gefüllt, um seine frisch-fruchtigen Aromen voll zu entfalten.
Servierempfehlung:
Als Begleiter von verschiedenen Vorspeisen oder Geflügel sehr gut geeignet. Empfohlene Trinktemperatur 8-10°C.
